Co-work in a shared working environment for  industry professionals or for people who travel frequently, as we are only ten minutes from LAX.  We provide co-working in four hour blocks, with a minimum of two blocks per month.  We also roll-over any unused credits to the next month.

It is interesting what can happen from working with like-minded people in a relaxing environment that encourages free exploration of ideas in a stress free environment.  In fact, Beach Dancer Films is directly next door to our sister company, Creative Chakra Spa. So if you’re feeling stressed, you’ll have access to discounted massages, sauna, jacuzzi, or steam room, as well as yoga.  Our community yoga class in on Monday nights at 6:30 pm.

Our co-working community and those that participate are invited to the Venice Media District events, of which we have four per year.  Mingle with other tech, film, and media professionals in our local area.  Our community is able to gather and get to know one another on both a personal and professional level, helping to build strong networks among local professionals.

Our facility offers a tea room and other multi-functional spaces, with art displayed throughout, as well as an indoor/outdoor garden space.  Parking is free on the street, and there is limited parking in our gated garage area.
